Sheet Extrusion
Using the most famous extrusion machine from Taiwan to ensure our production line running 24/7 and maintain high stability.
We use co-extrusion with patented technology to extrude the dual color sheet. The color stripe is extremely straight, clear and not split. No impurities remain in the manifold and sheet.
Quality Control
Our machines equipped with thickness measuring system to ensure our products are made in the most precise condition. The tolerance is less than ±5 μ.
Production Process
Mixing – Crystalizing – Dehumidifying - Coextrusion – Cooling – Measuring – Side trimming - Coating – Drying - Winding
